The campus of the University of Twente is based in the Twente region, between the cities of Hengelo and Enschede. The campus provides talented students, scientists and professors with a fascinating learning, working and living environment. Moreover, you will find everything you’ll need from working to having fun. On campus you can find our library, state-of-the-art laboratories and labs, theatre, supermarket, restaurants and many sports fields and sports facilities.

The central address of the UT campus is Drienerlolaan 5, Enschede. The building ‘Horst’ in which the conference will be organized, can be found under the address ‘De Horst 2, 7522 LW, Enschede’.
The campus of the UT is easy accessible via public transport (bus and train) or car. Or try it the Dutch way; on the bike! For all information regarding your way to the campus, including information on flying to the Netherlands, the UT website provides all the information. Click on the button below for more information.
Reservations for accommodation should be made by the participants themselves.
Though, the organizing committee has blocked rooms in some recommended hotels, on and around the campus. When you make a reservation at one of our recommended hotels, please contact them directly and notify them you will attend the conference. In that case, they can ensure you a room from the list!
For the Intercity Hotel Enschede:
It is asked to fill out the form and sent it to the hotel directly via mail. You can easily download this form via the bottom below, more details and special prices are noted in the document.
The Upark is located on our very own campus and is a perfect place to sleep, eat and meet corporate guests from science and business communities. Moreover, they offer flexible workspaces and have their own restaurant and free parking. The conference venue is on walking distance from your hotel room!

The Intercity Hotel is located in the City centre of Enschede and is perfect for business as well as cultural city explorations. The train and buss station are opposite of the hotel, but they also have a parking (fee required). Access the campus easily via public transport, car or bike!

The City Hotel is located in the City centre of Hengelo, with a parking garage (fee required) opposite of the hotel and public transport within 2 min of walking. From the City Hotel, the campus is easy accessible by car, public transport or bike!
