Please be aware that the early bird registration fee was only valid until January 31, 2024 (600 Euros).
After this day the regular fee is 700 Euros.
The fee for an additional paper is 250 Euros extra, which can be registered in the system via the button below.
By now, every submitted paper should have received an update on its acceptance. All camera-ready papers have been submitted and the organising committee has prepared the programme of paper presentations. See the agenda and programme page for more information. For updates on the status of your paper, please check the Conftool or mail.
Reservations for accommodation should be made by the participants themselves.
Though, the organizing committee has blocked rooms in some recommended hotels, on and around the campus. For more information regarding the location and possibilities for accommodation, please check the ‘location’ page via the menu or button below.
Papers should be presented in 20-minute time slots, with 15 minutes for presentation and at least 5 minutes for Q&A. The session chairs will keep track of the time. There is no template for the presentation, you can use your own slides. Technical support will be available in the room.
The abstract of the paper should be in line with one of the overarching topics of the conference:
Learning Factory Design and Industry 5.0, Digital Twin and VR/AR, 5G/6G in Learning Factories, AI for Manufacturing Systems, Human-Centred Work Design, Human Robotic Collaboration, Sustainability in Learning Factories, Cross Learning Factories Product Production System
The accepted papers will be published after the conference in the bookseries “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” of Springer.
The length of the paper is restricted to 8 pages, within the official format of Springer as can be downloaded via this link.
For the paper submission, the Springer format is used, limited to 8 pages in length.
